This Tournament  will be held on June 24 at Bartley Cavanaugh.
CHECK IN IS 630AM 715am AND the Shotgun STARTS AT 730aM.

150$ Golf Entry fee

$30 for Non-Golfer Cheers Food, Drinks, and Raffle.     

Minimum $20 of each Paid Golf entry, Paid Non-GolfeR,  and all net proceeds goes to A Local   Fentanyl and Fake Prescription Drug Awareness  501-(c)(3) Charity.

In remembrance of Jade English, who passed away at 19 from the effects of counterfeit prescription medications laced with fentanyl.

Jade's father Dave English Jr. and her grandfather Dave English Sr. have asked that the tournament proceeds be donated to a Local nonprofit charity dedicated to raising awareness about fake pills made of fentanyl.

Cheers Bar will contribute all net proceeds and direct donations to A Local  501-c3 organization that Provides Support for Fentanyl and Fake Prescription Awareness in our Communities. 

The Charity Information and Donation DEtails will be provided at the Tournament.
